Returns & Exchanges


We stand behind the products we sell.  If you are not pleased with your purchase for any reason, we would be happy to make an exchange for purchase price towards another item. Simply call us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 20 days of purchase at (915) 775-2552 ext. 110.  Merchandise returned to HB Pro Sound without a valid RMA number will be refused.  Returned merchandise must be in a new, unused, saleable, unscratched condition with original packing, box, warranty card, manuals, and any included accessories to avoid a 15% restocking fee.  Sorry no refunds.

IMPORTANT: Most orders that we ship are double-boxed.  If it is necessary to return a product to us, please pack the product in another box in a similar fashion to the way it arrived.  Items returned to us without an outer box, with the return address or other writing on the product box, and/or the product box taped closed with duct tape WILL AUTOMATICALLY QUALIFY FOR A RESTOCKING CHARGE. Special order items, audio recording media, lamps and bulbs, fluids, electrical parts, crossfaders, phone cartridges and styli, computer software, books, videos, CDs, used equipment, shipping charges, and most accessories are absolutely non-returnable.  Customer is responsible for all shipping charges.  All Product returns should be shipped uninsured via UPS or US Postal Service to:

Defective Products:

Defective products may be returned to HB Pro Sound for replacement (within 10 days of  receiving the item), or repair (within 3-months of purchase) after 3-months manufacturer warranty applies.
